Kassandra Quintela is a dedicated and compassionate attorney with a focus on family law, immigration law, and estate planning. With a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters, Kassandra provides personalized and effective legal solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

 In family law, Kassandra’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law including legal separation, divorce disputes and the related division of property and debts, alimony and child support payments, child custody, guardianship, and adoptions. She approaches each case with sensitivity, aiming to protect clients' interests while fostering amicable resolutions when possible. Whether negotiating settlements or advocating in court, Kassandra provides clients with clear guidance and strong legal support during difficult times.

 In the area of immigration law, Kassandra has a proven track record of assisting clients with visa applications, green card petitions, and naturalization processes. She understands the emotional and practical challenges involved in immigration matters and works tirelessly to ensure clients' rights are protected and their paths to legal status are as smooth as possible.

 When it comes to estate planning, Kassandra helps individuals and families secure their futures by creating comprehensive wills, trusts, and powers of attorney that ensure their assets are distributed according to their wishes in order to assist them in providing peace of mind that their loved ones are taken care of after their passing.

 Kassandra was able to be a Licensed Legal Intern in the State of Oklahoma, beginning her 2L (2nd year) Fall semester in law school. This allowed her to practice limited law in the State of Oklahoma under the supervision of an attorney. She was able to complete uncontested divorces, appear at hearings, and assist with immigration matters firsthand, which provided invaluable experience after she passed the bar.

Kassandra is from Las Vegas, Nevada and is an alumna of the University of Nevada, Reno where she obtained her B.A. in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and hiking.
