She plays a key role in case management by preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining accurate case files, and ensuring all pleadings and records are current and properly filed. Her responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, and medical providers, as well as diligently following up on records requests and case developments.

Outside of work, Irish enjoys spending time in coffee shops and exploring new places to relax and recharge. She values quality time with family and friends and believes in maintaining a healthy balance between her professional responsibilities and personal life, allowing her to stay focused, refreshed, and motivated.
