Jessica Bishoff

Jessica Bishoff is a dedicated and compassionate attorney with a focus on family law and criminal defense. Her work is guided by a trauma-informed approach, allowing her to provide thoughtful, strategic, and personalized representation—specializing in cases involving divorce, child custody, protective orders, and other sensitive legal matters.
Jessica’s legal career is marked with her unique background and academic achievements. In 2019, she graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University–Oklahoma City with an Associate of Applied Science in Crime Victim/Survivor Services. While working as a victim advocate for survivors of violent crimes, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with academic distinction in 2020.

Jessica went on to earn her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2025. She was recognized with multiple academic awards, including the Justice Yvonne Kauger Award for her work supporting gender equality with an emphasis on women’s rights. Jessica is also a published writer on topics in both family and criminal law, including a notable article in the Oklahoma City University Law Review examining Oklahoma’s failure-to-protect laws—an area reflecting her continued dedication to justice and systemic reform.
Jessica’s background as a victim advocate shaped her passion for empowering individuals facing some of life’s most difficult challenges. She combines legal skill with empathy and clarity, striving to ensure that every client feels supported and informed throughout their case.
Outside the courtroom, Jessica is deeply committed to public service. She regularly volunteers with organizations that support underserved communities and frequently speaks at local colleges on topics such as crisis intervention and trauma-informed advocacy.
