Andy McIntosh

Andy (Mac) McIntosh brings to Lai & Turner Law Firm PLLC thirty-five years of senior management experience in multiple business sectors. While not a licensed attorney, for several years Mac was CEO of his own paralegal firm in Ontario, Canada, specializing in Workers’ Compensation matters. As an immigrant to America in 1997, Mac then enjoyed success in senior real estate management positions in the residential and commercial real estate and mortgage lending sectors. Later, Mac enjoyed success as National Director of Sales for a leading manufacturing firm in the HVAC industry before retiring in Spring 2022. Other career highlights over the course of several decades include providing at-risk youth and family counseling, church pastoring and eldership, and adult recovery ministry.

In the summer of 2023, Mac came out of retirement to become Lai & Turner’s first staff employee as the firm’s Business Manager. In the spring of 2024, Mac became Director of Operations, and in September 2025 Mac was named Chief Operating Officer to help spearhead the next chapters of the firm’s growth and development.

Working with a dynamic senior leadership team, Mac is responsible for operations including strategic planning, policy, corporate structure, staff recruiting, HR, training, career development, client intake, service delivery, and risk management.

He says, “Being a part of the Lai & Turner Law Firm success story is the highlight of my working career.” In his spare time, Mac enjoys traveling with his wife of 45 years, and spending time with his family.
